Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:
• The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that You received it.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging, including tags and labels.
• The return must be initiated within 7 days of receiving Your Order.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
• Custom or personalized items made specifically for You.
• Items purchased during sale or clearance events (unless they are defective or damaged).
• Gift cards or vouchers.
How to request a return

Return Shipping
• You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
• If the return is approved, the item(s) must be shipped to the address provided by our team.
Refund Policy
Approved Refunds
Refunds will be processed under the following circumstances:
• If the item is found to be defective or damaged upon delivery.
• If the item is returned in compliance with our eligibility criteria.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item(s). Please note:
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or damaged.
• Partial refunds may be issued for items that show signs of use or damage not caused by Us.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If You would like to replace an item, please return the original item (following the steps outlined above) and place a new Order on the Website.
Late or Missing Refunds
If You have not received Your refund after 14 business days, please:
