Process

To request a return, please contact us within 7 (seven) days of receiving your order at madebyscherf@gmail.com. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 (fourteen) business days.

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that it was received
• The item must be returned in its original packaging, including tags and labels
• The return request must be initiated within 7 (seven) days of receiving the order
